Pricing Policy

Gemstone pricing is influenced by carat weight, color, clarity, cut, origin, rarity, and prevailing market conditions. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Custom-made jewellery pricing may vary based on design complexity, metal selection, gemstone quality, and craftsmanship.

Shipping Policy

We provide secure, insured, and discreet shipping across India and selected international destinations. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier services, and unforeseen circumstances. Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of gemstones and custom-crafted jewellery, returns and refunds are generally not accepted.

Approved refunds, if any, are processed within 7–10 business days after verification.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled, especially for customized, certified, or made-to-order gemstones. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
